Breaking Barriers: Supporting Women in the Workplace in Pakistan

Story: Women in Pakistan face numerous challenges in the workplace, leading many to discontinue their careers. Social and cultural norms restrict women's autonomy, limiting their decision-making power and independence. Female heads of households are particularly vulnerable to poverty, violence, and social exclusion. Working mothers struggle to balance professional and family responsibilities due to limited access to childcare services and flexible work arrangements. Moreover, mothers in Pakistan encounter barriers to healthcare, education, and social services, compromising their well-being and their children's development. The unequal distribution of household labor and limited time for personal pursuits further exacerbate the issue. However, there are companies in Pakistan that recognize the value of supporting their employees, especially working mothers. Do not love half lover

Do not love half lovers Do not entertain half friends Do not live half a life and do not die a half death If you choose silence, then be silent When you speak, do so until you are finished Do not silence yourself to say something And do not speak to be silent If you accept, then express it bluntly Do not mask it If you refuse then be clear about it for an ambiguous refusal is but a weak acceptance Do not accept half a solution Do not believe half truths Do not dream half a dream Do not fantasize about half hopes Half the way will get you no where Half an idea will bear you no results Half a life is a life you didn't live, A word you have not said A smile you postponed A love you have not had A friendship you did not know The half is a mere moment of inability but you are able for you are not half a being You are a whole that exists to live a life not half a life. International women day

No country can ever be called civilized unless or until recon the women participation in every corner of existence. Women day took birth on 28th February 1909 in New York where the females stood against Government on working condition they didn't paid equal salary, they become victim of sexual harassment, which provoke the women to raise voice against the bigotry attitude of patriarchal society. Today we claim that we engaged our-self in fight of feminist attitude but really feminist mean to stood along the shoulder of men, to have equal salary packages? i my opinion "NO". To be called for feminism we have to have right to pass bill at parliament, we have right to decide our own future according to our own will, we must have right to be part of family planning, female must have part to say no against sexual assault. In 1945 UN has signed charter on international acceptance of women as men are. Many of females around the world become a prey of bad touch from coworkers, ma
